  • American Health Quality Association (AHQA, www.ahqa.org) :
    Previously known as American Medical Peer Review Association (AMPRA). Quality Improvement Organization Trade Association.
  • The Center for Personalized Education for Physicians (www.cpepdoc.org):
    Formed in 1987, with representation from seven organizations. CPEP is a non-profit organization formed to assist physicians in improving their medical practice. Half the physicians served are from Colorado, the other half are from 18 other states. Member organizations include: Colorado Hospital Association (CHA), Colorado Medical Society (CMS), Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine (CSOM), University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (UCHSC), Colorado Physicians Health Program (CPHP) and COPIC. CFMC has board representation.
  • Colorado Regional Health Information Organization (CORHIO) (www.corhio.org):
    CFMC participates in CORHIO. CORHIO is advancing the electronic health records (EHR) and health information exchange (HIE) activities among all healthcare providers in Colorado.
  • Coral Initiative:
    A voluntary collaboration of Quality Improvement Organizations whose members meet on a periodic basis to learn and grow and derive strength from one another based on common business and CQI interests. The QIO members include CFMC, HealthInsight (Utah), Kansas Foundation for Medical Care, MetaStar (Wisconsin), Mountain-Pacific Quality Health (Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, and Wyoming), North Dakota Healthcare Review, and Stratis Health (Minnesota).
  • HealthTeam Works (www.healthteamworks.org):
    A Colorado coalition of health plans, physicians, hospitals, and other providers working together to improve healthcare through the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based clinical guidelines.
  • Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence (RMPEx) (www.coloradoexcellence.org):
    CFMC is a founding member of of this Colorado-based nonprofit, providing Baldridge education and assessment in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana.
  • Rocky Mountain Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) (www.rmpbs.org/panorama/index.cfm/tag/Healthy-Impact/navID/517/):
    To help reduce health disparities, Colorado Foundation for Medical Care, Rocky Mountain PBS, and the Anti-Defamation League collaborated on Healthy Impact! - a two-year project that sought to identify and expose the link between mental and physical healthcare discrepancies within vulnerable populations in Colorado through dialogue and education.

    TAIC focuses on raising awareness of efforts and information designed to make healthcare safer.
