Arja P. Adair, Jr., MBA
Mr. Adair has been involved with CFMC since 1976. After serving as Regional Manager, Division Director, and Senior Vice President, he assumed the position of Executive Director in 1985 and the position of President/CEO in 1999. He oversees all aspects of the operation and leads the company's strategic planning and business development activities. Mr. Adair is actively involved in industry affairs and has served as a member of the board of directors of the American Health Quality Association, the American Center for Clinical Quality Evaluation, and the Kerr L. White Institute for Health Services Research. He has also served as President of Colorado Personalized Education for Physicians. He currently serves as an ex officio, nonvoting member of the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization (CORHIO) board of directors, as a board member of Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence (RMPEx), and participates on the board of advisors for Think About It Colorado (TAIC).
John Bozin, BA
Director, Fiscal Services
Mr. Bozin directs CFMC's activities in finance, accounting, purchasing, budgeting, and proposal preparation.
Nancy Borgstadt, RN, MS, CNS
Director, Review Services
Ms. Borgstadt oversees all aspects of review activities, including Medicare and private programs at CFMC. She has years of clinical and leadership experience in all healthcare settings, as well as expertise in clinical and education program development.
Gary Brug, BA
Director, Information Technology
CFMC and its clients need access to enormous amounts of reliable data, and Mr. Brug and his Information Technology team help ensure that the data is available. Mr. Brug oversees all aspects of assessing information needs, designing software programs, identifying system requirements, training users, and providing direct user support.
Beth Katzenberg, EdM, MBA, CPHQ CCEP
Director, Corporate Quality & Compliance
Ms. Katzenberg oversees CFMC's organizational quality management program and compliance activities. She has quality management experience in a wide variety of healthcare settings, including inpatient and ambulatory acute care, specialty clinics, and mental health facilities. Ms. Katzenberg led numerous high level teams for healthcare improvement projects, including clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance activities, quality and performance measurement, and multidisciplinary patient assessment programs. She also developed and presented education and training modules on quality improvement.
Lynda Peltier, PHR
Director, Human Resources/Compliance
Ms. Peltier oversees all aspects of the Human Resources department for CFMC, including operations, benefit administration, regulatory functions, employee relations, strategic planning and employee morale. She provides comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Human Resource policies and government regulations while providing documented administrative leadership and communication skills.
Karen Fredrick Gallegos
Director, Quality Improvement and Analytic Services
An experienced healthcare professional with a background in quality improvement and management, , Ms. Frederick Gallegos uses her extensive leadership skills in the management and direction of both the quality improvement (QI) and analytic services departments. Her previous work with Physicians Health Partners and the Colorado Medical Society resulted in a proven track record of developing and leading initiatives for clinical outcome improvement and efficiency across the health care continuum. She leverages her extensive knowledge and experience in guiding the QI and analytic staff as they work to stimulate Colorado’s healthcare community to new thresholds in quality improvement.
