the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC) developed the following policy:
CFMC will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you
visit this site, unless you choose to provide such information. Any personally
identifying information collected will be used as described at the point of
collection. CFMC does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal
information to third parties. If demographic information is shared with third
parties, CFMC will give them aggregate information only. CFMC makes every
attempt to protect any personal information that you provide. However,
electronic mail is not secure against interception, so if your communication
is of a sensitive nature you may choose to use postal mail.
This website is used as a repository of information about CFMC, its mission,
projects, services, and health care information for the general public.
