Biostatistician I
Quality Improvement Services

Responsible for design, analysis and interpretation of health care
projects. Performs high-level statistical analysis for their assigned
tasks and assists other analytic staff members as needed for
statistical analyses. Assists in report-writing and data presentation.
Must be proficient in SAS and use of relational databases (SQL).

Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics or equivalent field
required and three (3) years experience applying analysis and
statistics to health care industry preferred. Experience in technical
writing preferred.

Health Data Analyst
Quality Improvement Services

Responsible for statistical analysis and data presentation for health-care projects. Works closely with biostatistician and other analytic staff to perform high-level statistical analysis as needed. Must have experience with statistical software (SAS preferred), spreadsheet, and word processing for the PC.

Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in a relevant field such as public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field, and three (3) years professional experience using statistics; two (2) years experience in the area of health care research activities desirable. Experience in technical writing preferred.

Quality Specialist

Do you enjoy analyzing and synthesizing details to understand and assess the larger picture? Do you like translating principles, standards, and other requirements, and applying them to a wide-range of situations and processes? If you have experience with quality management principles, methodologies, tools, and standards, and exceptional writing skills, we would love to hear from you. The position entails auditing, document and record control, quality management system maintenance and improvement, employee training and coaching, report and document development, and strong attention to details.

Requires Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience. Two to three years experience in quality management. Formal quality management/performance improvement methodology training/experience. Internal auditor training on ISO 9000 and other applicable standards and requirements. Ability to write clear, accurate documents. CPHQ or other quality certification or eligible for certification within 18 months of employment preferred.

Technical Assistance Expert
Quality Improvement Services (QIS)

Execute a national long-term care project. Work with national stakeholders and federal government. Manage the activities of assigned project. Responsible for all contract requirements including staffing, budgets, deliverables, addendum's to contract, and ensuring adequate levels of performance in accordance with CMS guidelines. Oversee day-to-day activities of the project team and communication between CFMC and project stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in health related field highly preferred and at least two (2) years experience in long term care, project management and strong communication skills. CQI/TQM experience preferred.
