The Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC) is currently
working with Colorado hospitals to promote the American Heart Association's
Get With The GuidelinesSM (GWTG) program. GWTG helps
hospitals to consistently treat heart and stroke patients according to
the most up-to-date guidelines.
