The HHA Sharing Network is an opportunity for agencies to share resources online that they have developed and found to be useful in their quality improvement process. It contains tools, forms, staff training ideas, and other helpful printed materials.

If you want to share a successful best practice, intervention, or a tool you currently use in the OBQI process, please email a note, along with your tool and/or information to one of the CFMC Home Health team. We'll be happy to assist you, and post your resource materials!
