Health Care Leadership and Quality Assessment Tool (HLQAT)

The Hospital Leadership Quality Assessment Tool (HLQAT) was released July 1, 2009 - www.hlqat.org. The tool surveys both administrative and clinical leaders at hospitals across 12 domains. Hospitals can use this information to assess and target areas for improvement of their organizational culture. The HLQAT is part of the quality improvement projects at CFMC.
