QualityNet

QualityNet is a secure website approved by CMS for communications and data exchange. It is used by QIOs, Health Care Providers, Vendors and the Clinical Data Abstraction Centers. QualityNet also contains tools, updates and useful information for public reporting and data submission.

Signing Up for QualityNet

Before signing up for QualityNet you need to decide if you should be registered as an Administrator or Basic User. It is recommended that each provider have 2 Security Administrators. Administrators can add, edit and terminate Basic Users. They also serve as a point of contact and receive important QualityNet updates and information. Security Administrators must register through the QIO, please contact Sue Bethel, RN Review Coordinator, at 303.695.3300, extension 3330 or sbethel@coqio.sdps.org to request the registration forms.
