NHQI: CNA Turnover Information
As part of the current scope of work, CMFC is
focusing on increasing the rate of improvement in
nursing facilities by promoting organizational culture
change and by using redesigned care processes. One of
the biggest challenges faced by nursing facilities can
be a high rate of staff turnover. So, within the current
scope of work, CFMC will look into ways that quality
improvement and culture change can help address staffing
issues. Below you will find tools which may be helpful
when addressing staff turnover.
