As part of the 8th Scope of Work (8SOW), CMFC focused on increasing the rate of improvement in nursing facilities by promoting organizational culture change and by using redesigned care processes. One of the biggest challenges faced by nursing facilities can be a high rate of staff turnover. So, in the 8SOW CFMC looked into ways that quality improvement and culture change could help address staffing issues. Below you will find tools which may be helpful when addressing staff turnover.
