Quality Improvement

Quality Improvement: Setting the Stage for Quality Assessment & Assurance in Long-Term Care. Presented by Kelly Westfall, Contracts Administrator, Qualis Health on April 26, 2007
- Available as a WebEx

Clinical Quality Improvement Presentations

The following three Power Point presentations were given during the initial phases of the NHQI. They focus on creating a framework within your nursing home to help facilitate quality improvement, the importance of leadership, collaborating with CFMC, and building a roadmap for improvement (files have been compressed, and links open new windows).

Quality Improvement Worksheets

The following series of worksheets will help your staff become familiar with the process of quality improvement. Interdisciplinary teams should use these worksheets whenever improving a process (clinical or non-clinical) within their facility. Each team should keep all of its worksheets together for each project to record and track progress.
