Cultural Competancy and Workflow Project Participants

Thank you for your participation in the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care quality improvement project focusing on increasing your knowledge in Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) and patient workflow. The program has ended, however your practice is still able to receive assistance from our staff in implementation of the CLAS standards or additional questions regarding the workflow report you received.

We hope you found the project useful and informative. Our hope is to improve care for diverse populations, while increasing patient flow and efficiency in your office.
If you have any questions or need assistance in enhancing your practices use of the CLAS standards, please contact Terrey Currie at 303-784-5732 or TCurrie@cfmc.org.

**Physicians who completed Theme 2 and/or Theme 3 on or before the October 31, 2007 deadline for the project and have not received COPIC ERS points, please contact Terrey Currie.
