CFMC's quality improvement projects for physician offices are designed to improve the delivery of preventive care services to Medicare beneficiaries.

Prevention Project

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) designed the Prevention Project to assist primary care physicians in improving preventive services for the Medicare population. It addresses breast and colorectal cancer screening, and influenza and pneumonia immunization rates.
