Medicare Advantage

CFMC can support Medicare Advantage plans with quality improvement efforts and incentive programs that are coordinated with QIO quality initiatives, including intervention design and evaluation, analytic support for CAHPS and HOS data, provider tools and patient education materials and expertise as convener, facilitator, and partner. CFMC can also provide information and analysis to support and spread the knowledge about pay-for-performance programs.

The Colorado Clinical Guidelines Collaborative is a coalition of health plans, physicians, hospitals, employers, government agencies, quality improvement organizations, and other entities working together to implement systems and processes, using evidence-based clinical guidelines, to improve healthcare in Colorado. www.coloradoguidelines.org
