The Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC) has a contract with
the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), to conduct quality
improvement projects with nursing homes, home health agencies,
hospitals, and physician offices that provide care to Medicare
beneficiaries. Our goal is to improve the quality of care delivered to
Medicare beneficiaries.
CFMC dedicates itself to
assisting health care providers improve the quality of care delivered to
their patients. At CFMC, we work to ensure that health professionals
have the knowledge and resources they need to deliver care consistent
with the latest research.
